A realistic business scenario—clearly identified as a concept.
This concept case study shows how a Delhi NCR school can organise its admission communication across print and digital channels. The school shown is fictional and used only to demonstrate campaign structure.
Turning scattered communication into one clear customer journey.
Admission campaigns often become crowded with facilities, achievements, dates and contact details. Parents see disconnected brochures, banners and social posts, making it harder to understand the school’s real difference and the next admission step.

Research, visual direction and practical rollout.
Circle Design’s proposed process starts with one campaign message and an approved content hierarchy. The visual system is then adapted for a prospectus, admission landing-page direction, social launch posts, parent FAQ carousel, WhatsApp creative and outdoor banner. Every format has one role while using the same colours, typography and call to action.
Proposed deliverables
- Admission prospectus structure
- Campaign headline and visual system
- Social launch and parent FAQ creatives
- WhatsApp and outdoor banner adaptations
- Landing-page content direction
What the final design system demonstrates.
The concept demonstrates a clearer and more consistent parent journey from first awareness to enquiry. It shows how approved information can be reused without crowding every design. No admission or conversion result is claimed because the project is a demonstration.
Transparency note
This is a fictional demonstration concept created to explain Circle Design’s process. Replace it with an approved real-client case study when client identity, testimonial and measurable results can be verified.
